- AI as co-workers. We integrate AI tools natively into every engagement — from code generation and data analysis to architecture review and documentation. This multiplies our output without multiplying your bill.
- No service roulette. You shouldn't have to figure out whether your project is "Data Engineering" or "ML" to get a quote. It's all the same work; it's all the same rate.
- Aligned incentives. A flat rate means we focus on delivering results fast and clean — not on stretching hours or upcoding service categories.
